Debugging of KC-SMART’s Conveyor Equipment
In order to ensure the normal use of the conveyor for a long time, it is necessary to debug the conveyor every period of time, and find the problems that may occur in the debugging in time and solve them in time, which can ensure that the flexible conveyor has fewer faults during the working process. In addition, in the working process of the flexible conveyor, some operational matters are also what we need to pay attention to, so as to ensure that the conveyor works normally and has a long service life.
Precautions before commissioning:
1. There should be no debris left in the equipment;
2. each connecting bolt should be tightened;
3. electrical wiring should be checked;
4. Fill lubricating oil in the nozzle of each moving part, and fill lubricating oil in the reducer according to the instructions.
Matters needing attention during debugging:
1. adjust the tension equipment, so that the initial tension of the two traction chains is balanced and moderate, the initial tension is too large, then add power consumption; If it is too small, it will affect the normal mesh of the sprocket and the traction chain, adding instability in the work. Check all walking rollers for flexible rotation. If there are stuck rails and sliding, replace or remove the fault immediately.
2. automatic sprocket, tail wheel teeth and traction chain, whether to work in the normal mesh state. If the difference is very large, you can twist the automatic sprocket, the bearing seat bolt of the forced sprocket, slightly adjust the orientation of the automatic sprocket and the forced sprocket.
3. After the equipment system is checked and confirmed, the chain plate conveyor equipment will first carry out no-load debugging work, and after all the faults are eliminated, make 10-20 hours of no-load running test, and then carry out the load test car.
4. in the work, if the moving components are stuck and forced mechanical friction and other phenomena, should be immediately swept.
Matters needing attention during normal operation after commissioning:
1. Each lubrication point should be injected lubricant in time.
2. The operation should strive to uniform feeding, feeding block should be controlled within the specified range.
3. The tightness of the traction chain should be applicable to the degree, the work should be checked frequently, and the conditioning screw of the tensioning equipment should be adjusted if necessary.
4. Should not stop and start when full load, can not reverse.
5. The reducer must be replaced with new lubricating oil 7-14 days after the beginning of work, and can be replaced once every 3-6 months according to the situation in the future.
6. Should regularly check the groove bottom plate and chain plate conveyor bolt connection status, found loose phenomenon, should be dealt with in time.
Flexible conveyor no matter at any stage of operation, there are matters that need to be paid attention to, and if the operator does not pay attention to the existence of these problems, it will make the conveyor appear a series of various problems, resulting in the flexible conveyor eventually early obsoleted.
